TOGETHER WE CARE ABOUT SAFETY

 

Alhambra**** is entered in the register of healthcare providers.

Please note the special procedures that apply to us.

We ask our guests to confirm a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test result or information on passing coronavirus infection. If this is not the case, we will carry out a rapid antigen test prior to check-in.

 

SAFE SPACE

  • Alhambra is a boutique, intimate hotel with 26 rooms and suites
  • Alhambra is located in the spa part of Ladek-Zdroj, far from shopping centres, crowded public places
  • 50 m from the hotel there is a spa park with an area of 1.2 ha
  • the building was constructed in 1899, so the corridors and rooms are spacious and high
  • even at full occupancy it is possible to maintain a safe distance in all hotel areas

SECURE ACCESS

  • only hotel guests, employees and suppliers may enter the Alhambra premises
  • Visitors, suppliers and employees are required to disinfect their hands after entering the premises

TECHNOLOGY FOR SAFETY

  • rooms are ozonised with a professional device for complete disinfection when guests change rooms
  • lamps are used daily to disinfect surfaces and air with UV-C rays.
  • we regularly replace, clean and disinfect filters in fans and air conditioners
  • we have a ventilation system with recuperation and cross-flow exchangers, in which the incoming air is drawn in from the outside and does not mix with the used air

SAFE DISTANCE

  • guests are encouraged to wash their hands regularly with soap according to the instructions available in the hotel bathrooms
  • visitors are encouraged to maintain safe distances in face-to-face interactions
  • hand disinfectant liquids are placed in hotel bathrooms and general areas, reception areas and restaurant

SAFE RECEPTION AREA

  • only guests from one room are allowed at the reception desk
  • people waiting to be served at reception are kept at a safe distance
  • we disinfect the reception counter and luggage trolleys after each guest
  • hand disinfectant is available at the reception desk - guests are encouraged to disinfect their hands before filling in their registration card
  • Guests are encouraged to make cashless settlements. Guests operate their own payment terminals, which are disinfected after each use.
  • all reusable items including room cards are disinfected

SAFE ROOMS

  • the rooms have wooden oak flooring, vacuumed, washed and disinfected
  • the room is ozonised or disinfected and aired before new guests are introduced
  • cleaning of the rooms during the stay takes place at the request of the guests,
  • room service staff is equipped with masks and disposable gloves
  • hand disinfectants are provided in each room

SAFELY SERVED MEALS

  • we offer our guests individual food service directly to the room upon request
  • the hotel's restaurant meets the requirements for safe distances between tables
  • meals are served individually at tables
  • all meals are prepared in sterile conditions in accordance with HACCP and Sanitary Regulations by staff trained in safety and hygiene principles

SAFE HOTEL COMMON AREAS

  • antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers are placed in hotel bathrooms and general areas
  • we disinfect handles, handrails on staircases and lift buttons and other objects several times a day
  • the lift is disinfected daily
  • hotel areas are cleaned by staff equipped with disposable gloves and protective masks, which are changed regularly
  • we limit the number of people in common areas at the same time
