We invite you to a series of 5 intimate workshops combining theory and practice, based on the Ayurvedic approach to health. The workshops are led by Luiza Jałowiecka, a yoga and Ayurveda teacher.
Each meeting will last approximately 1.5-2 hours and will be devoted to one of the five key pillars of health:
1. healthy eating
2. daily activity
3. quality sleep
4. calming the mind
5. building a supportive daily routine.

The number of places is limited.
The package includes:

Day 1: Your personal energy map
· Introduction to Ayurveda and doshas.
· What does a ‘healthy diet’ mean for your dosha?
· Energy performance test (self-discovery).
· Checklist of factors that increase performance.
· Flavours for your dosha – first practical application.
Goal of the day: Recognise which foods and lifestyle choices give you energy.
Day 2: Movement that happens naturally
· Ayurvedic view of movement: daily activity as a natural rhythm of life.
· Unconscious activity: walking, household chores.
· Checklist for developing daily activity.
· Inspiration for effortless mini-movements.
Goal of the day: Discover and plan your own ‘no-gym’ exercise routine.
Day 3: The magic of sleep
· The importance of sleep according to Ayurveda.
· The most common sleep mistakes and how to fix them.
· Healthy sleep checklist: evening rituals, agni support for the night.
· Daily micro-hack: a 15-minute bedtime routine.
Goal of the day: Create a personal ritual to support regeneration.
Day 4: Calm your mind – calm your body
· Symptoms of stress from an Ayurvedic perspective (rajas and tamas).
· Checklist: how to recognise chaos in your mind.
· Biohacks for calming down (breathing, aromas, senses).
· 5-minute pause ritual.
Goal of the day: Learn simple techniques for quickly calming your mind
Day 5: Your Dinacharya – your daily path to health
· What is dinacharya and how to tailor it to yourself.
· Dinacharya checklist – from morning to evening.
· Creating your own ‘life list’ – a mini-schedule.
· Reflection: what do I want to keep forever?
Goal of the day: Construct your own daily rhythm as a foundation for health.
