Sirt diet
The principles of the sirtuin diet, were developed by two nutritionists, Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten. They have been actively developing it since 2016 and have achieved remarkable results. This way of eating became famous thanks to Adele, who showed herself to the world, in spring 2020, slimmer by almost 45 kilograms. This diet involves incorporating so-called sirtuin foods into the daily diet, i.e. selected plant foods that increase the rate of fat burning, accelerate metabolism and have rejuvenating properties. The sirtuin diet is healthy for rejuvenation and weight loss. It is tasty and non-monotonous.
