Patryk Dziamski, szef kuchni restauracji Alchemia w Alhambrze, otrzymał nagrodę specjalną: KUCHARZ ODKRYCIE ROKU 2015 

w konkursie Poland 100 Best Restaurants Awards 2015. Finał V edycji elitarnego przewodnika Poland 100 Best Restaurants w tym roku odbył się w Toruniu w Dworze Artusa. Blisko 250 szefów kuchni i właścicieli najlepszych polskich restauracji uczestniczyło z rozmachem przeprowadzonej gali. Gratulujemy!
