Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's diet

The Healing Diet by Ewa Dąbrowska, MD, PhD, modelled on the biblical fasting of Daniel, starts self-healing processes in the body, which result in a marked improvement in wellbeing, and when applied over a longer period of time, can even get rid of serious ailments. The diet is based on eating low-calorie products - selected vegetables and fruit - and after a few days, the body switches to internal (endogenous) nutrition and begins the "big clean-up", i.e. the removal of deposits, diseased cells and toxins. Such processes occur during Dr Dabrowski's low-calorie healing fast. Sirtuin diet

The principles of the Sirtuin diet, were developed by two nutritionists, Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten. They have been actively developing it since 2016 and have achieved remarkable results. This way of eating became famous thanks to Adele, who showed herself to the world, in spring 2020, slimmer by almost 45 kilograms. This diet involves incorporating so-called sirtuin foods into the daily diet, i.e. selected plant foods that increase the rate of fat burning, accelerate metabolism and have rejuvenating properties. The sirtuin diet is healthy for rejuvenation and weight loss. It is tasty and non-monotonous.

Immuno diet

Immuno diet therapy based on the principles of nutrition calming down the immune system assuming, in the first phase, the exclusion of the most frequently consumed products: eggs, dairy products, those containing gluten. Meals are composed according to individual recommendations of a dietician.

Keto diet

The ketogenic diet (abbreviated as the keto diet) has been steadily gaining in popularity for several years, and in 2021 it was the most frequently searched diet on the Internet. In a nutshell, it is based on a significant reduction in carbohydrates and a high content of healthy fats. When used under the supervision of a dietitian (as it requires great care in menu design and food preparation), it quickly improves overall health, helps you lose weight and supports brain function. The keto diet puts the body into a state of ketosis, tapping into stored fat stores and starting to extract energy from burning them. The diet is not strenuous as it results in a reduced sense of hunger and an immediate energy boost. It is tasty and filling from the first meal.
