Festival of Health and Coolture
The 2nd Festival of Health and Coolture will take place in Ladek-Zdrój.
At the beginning of May in Lądek-Zdrój, we invite you to the 2nd Festival of Health and Coolture. It will include a fair of local products, natural cosmetics, workshops and dance animations, yoga meetings and lectures. W Hotel Alhambra four lectures will be held:
- 29 April at 11.00 a.m. - "Innovative method of revitalisation, rejuvenation of the human body" conducted by A. Jarocki
- 29 April at 3 p.m. - "Acid-base balance in the body" - conducted by J.Szymański
- 30 April at 10.00 am - "Organic cosmetics - organic life" conducted by K. Krupa
- 30 April at 12.00 pm - "Innovative method of revitalisation, rejuvenation of the human body" conducted by A. Jarocki
