The immuno diet in the PREMIUM package is an offer enriched with treatments at the Lądek-Zdrój Spa, facilities of the 23rd Military Spa and Rehabilitation Hospital, and baths in thermal and sports pools.
Immuno therapy based on the principles of a diet that calms the immune system assumes, in the first phase, the exclusion of the most frequently consumed products: eggs, dairy, and gluten-containing products. Meals are composed according to individual dietary recommendations. There is a possibility (for an additional fee) to perform a food intolerance test by Cambridge Diagnostic during the stay. Taking into account the test results during the stay, allows for modifications of the individual menu in order to more effectively stabilize and improve the quality of the gut microbiota.
In the case of autoimmune diseases, physical activity adjusted to the patient's abilities and predispositions will also be an essential element of therapy.
A rich, varied menu will prevent culinary boredom, thus providing additional pleasure during the process of cleansing and regulating the immune system.
Massages and sessions in the brine graduation tower will improve circulation and the condition of the lymphatic system. Under the care of a professional physiotherapist, treatments are conducted to unblock and relieve tensions in the body.
A side effect of the Immuno diet may be weight loss.

All treatment facilities (pools, exercise rooms, treatment rooms) are located within 20-250 meters from the hotel).
At any time during the stay, there is an option to switch meals to the classic catering (breakfast and dinner) at the same price.
