The ketogenic diet (abbreviated as keto diet) has been gaining popularity for several years, and in 2021 it was the most searched diet on the internet. In short, it is based on significantly reducing carbohydrates and high intake of healthy fats. Used under the supervision of a dietician (as it requires great care in devising the menu and preparing meals), it quickly improves the overall health, helps lose weight and supports brain function. The keto diet causes the body to enter a state of ketosis, reaching for the stored fat reserves and starting to derive energy from burning them. The diet is not burdensome, as it leads to reduced hunger and an immediate boost of energy. It is tasty and satiating from the first meal. It can be excellent as a standalone nutrition plan or after transitioning from a fruit and vegetable fast (Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska's method), as a continuation of building immunity and supporting vital powers. In Alhambra, after consultations with a dietician, you can choose a vegetarian version of keto or with the addition of full-value meat. A rich, varied menu will prevent culinary boredom, thus providing additional pleasure during the detoxification and immune system regulation process.
Massages and sessions in the brine graduation tower will improve circulation and the condition of the lymphatic system. Under the care of a professional physiotherapist, blockage releasing and tension relieving treatments are conducted.

Hotel Alhambra collaborates with Lądek Długopole S.A. Spa and the 23rd Military Hospital, under a signed agreement, in providing treatments for hotel guests.
All treatment facilities (pools, exercise rooms, treatment rooms) are located within 20-250 meters from the hotel.
At any point during the stay, there is an option to switch meals to classic catering (breakfast and dinner) at the same price.
