The rules of the sirtfood diet were developed by two dietitians: Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten. Since 2016, they have been actively developing it and achieving remarkable effects. This way of eating became famous thanks to Adele, who in the spring of 2020, appeared to the world 45 kilograms lighter. The diet consists of including so-called sirtfood, that is selected plant products, in the daily menu which increase the pace of fat burning, speed up metabolism, and have rejuvenating properties. The sirtfood diet healthily rejuvenates and slims down. It is tasty and not monotonous.
According to the sirtfood diet principles, products rich in sirtuin activators include:
- buckwheat,
- kale,
- parsley,
- arugula,
- celery,
- soy,
- cocoa,
- capers,
- coffee,
- turmeric,
- red onion,
- red chicory,
- red wine,
- Medjool dates,
- lovage,
- extra virgin olive oil,
- walnuts,
- strawberries,
- green tea.
The sirtfood diet assumes a reduction in the consumption of meat, white flour products, highly processed foods, rich in carbohydrates and containing trans fats.
The authors of this system propose 3 diet phases:
⦁ Phase I: for 3 days, consume 1,000 kcal in the form of 3 smoothies and 1 meal, the next 4 days – 1,500 kcal, consisting of 2 smoothies and 2 meals. The aim of the first phase is to eliminate excess toxins from the body.
⦁ Phase II: consume 1 smoothie + 3 meals a day, without caloric restrictions.
⦁ Phase III (from day 15): the diet is based on products containing as much sirtuin as possible.
Combined with physical activity and other healthy habits, this can slow down the body's aging process, restore vitality, and reduce the effects of civilization stress.

Under the care of a dietitian and physiotherapists, we will go through the first stage of entering the sirtfood diet together, you will get acquainted with this way of eating, experience the excellent tastes of healthy dishes, and undertake physical activity in the oldest Polish health resort.
